Senior Administrator

Fostering Relations is an independent Fostering Agency that is part of the National Fostering Agency Partnerships and while we retain our own identity we benefit from the support of NFA’s services including working with other acquired fostering agencies nationwide. 

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy team based in Grangemouth. Duties include – typing and clerical support, implementation, maintenance and update of systems and records, coordinate and take minutes during official meetings, data entry, reception and telephone duties. This role will co-ordinate the administration team and ensure all practices are efficient and effective, in a business that requires a high standard of compliance.  


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player who has had previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment to apply for this position.You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive administrative support service including the completion of statutory checks and provide a professional administrative service to our Fostering Panel.be flexible, resilient and able to work under pressure to meet targets and achieve deadlines. 

This is a fast paced role and you will need to be IT proficient with a good knowledge of Microsoft office – especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in order manage confidential and complex administration duties.
