About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing HR team based in Bolton. As the HR Administrator, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service ensuring that the HR database is accurately maintained and all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide first line support for all HR related policy, procedure and system enquires ensuring they are resolved, sign posted or escalated accordingly. Supporting the recruitment team you will produce offer contracts and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
When completing all your responsibilities you will work within the provisions of the Data Protection Act, observing strict confidentiality in relation to all aspects of work undertaken.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop your own personal skills and capability though on-going training as agreed with your line manager. Please note that you may also be expected to travel to other school and office locations in the UK.
The successful candidate should have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure. You should be able to work in challenging situations whilst maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English with previous experience of working in a busy administration function ideally in HR.
